This is maker marked and stamped in black ink with the makers information Johann Liebig & Comp Reichenberg SudetenlandIt is also stamped in black ink the size along with a kriegsmarine proof mark. It does have its rope lanyard for hoisting. There are many holes throughout and a fair amount of stains.The most intriguing thing about this flag is it is signed with about 29 GI's names and locations were they are from concentrated on the fly end.
