Named U.S. Navy Aviator Rear Admiral Tunic

The dark blue wool reefer jacket bears the gold bullion wings of a U.S. Navy aviator, with the rank insignia of a Rear Admiral on the cuffs. Below the wings are ribbons reflecting service in the Pacific Theater in World War II as well as the Korean War, together with the awards of the Navy Cross and the Distinguished Flying Cross. The interior pocket retains a tailor label and the name 'McKemie, G.W.'. The tunic is in excellent condition.
