KNIGHTS CROSS OF THE IRON CROSS WITH OAKLEAVES AND SWORDS (RUDOLF SOUVAL)

This is a very nice Post War Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross by 'Rudolf Souval, Vienna' (RitterKreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes) which is unmarked. Three-piece construction with a magnetic iron core and a fluted silver frame. This example comes with a pair of L & S oakleaves and swords which are both 925 stamped. The award retains much of its original paint finish. The cross comes with a piece of ribbon that doesn't glow. It is approximately 63 cm in length. It comes with a 'Rudolf Souval, Vienna' made case, that protects the award. Although someone thought it was a good idea to try and paint it.
