Double-Tier 14 Stamp Holder Heavy Duty

Period German double-tier stamp holder that holds 14 stamps! I do not come across too many of these. It is in decent condition and ready for some serious administrative work. This one has a very heavy cast metal base. There is some light rust and wear, but nothing too distracting. Disassembles easily for transport (will ship disassembled).
