AN-H-15 USAAF Summer Flight Cap

AN-H-15 USAAF Summer Flight Cap-United States Army Air Force Type AN-H-15 Summer flying helmet. This is made out of a khaki cotton with black rubber earphones holes. This would fit the receiver, and patch cords, etc. The inside of the ear padding has a chamois padding on the inside of the earphones. The chin strap is missing on this example.The ear pads are marked on the outside with 'front'.There are three brown leather straps to the rear of the head piece. There is a very nice black manufacturer's tag with embroidered gold lettering sewn in back inside of helmet. This is in very good condition.
