Japanese WWII Army Officers Dress Sword

Original period manufacture. A well used example, 27 inch chromed steel blade with rust patches along its length. The blade is straight, nice patina to the guard and pommel strap and a decent grip. Proper length chromed steel scabbard with scattered rust to the surface. Blade does not go all the way in to the scabbard. Guard rattles a bit, this sword needs some love...
