Well-preserved miniature Gold Mother's Cross (Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter), dated 1938. A very attractive and desirable example, complete with its original bow ribbon and functional pinback system on the reverse.The Gold grade of this award was bestowed upon mothers who had borne eight or more children, representing the highest class within the series. The cross remains in excellent condition, retaining its vibrant blue enamel and gilt finish, with sharp details throughout. The reverse is clearly marked with the date '16. Dezember 1938' along with the facsimile signature, and features the maker mark 'L/53,' indicating production by Hymmen & Co., a known and desirable manufacturer.A fine and display-worthy miniature, perfect for a medal bar, lapel display, or specialized collection of Third Reich awards.
