Royal Winnipeg Rifles – Embroidered shoulder title

RARE original WWII Royal Winnipeg Rifles embroidered shoulder title. This is an early wartime English-made embroidered shoulder, most likely a Hobson & Sons production title for Canadian troops overseas is in excellent condition. Hard to find shoulder title.The Royal Winnipeg Rifles landed on Juno Beach on D-Day (June 6, 1944), they faced heavy resistance but secured their objectives. They fought in the Battle of Normandy, the liberation of France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In 1945, they helped liberate Dutch towns and participated in the Battle of the Rhineland, advancing into Germany.
