French WWI M1886 Lebel Bayonet & Scabbard

Original era manufacture. Full length unshortened blade, hooked quillon and black painted steel scabbard. The cruciform blade is straight with scattered areas of graying and spotting. About 30% of an old black surface paint remains on the scabbard with a mix of steel patina elsewhere. Mismatched numbers guard to scabbard. Classic WWI Lebel rifle bayonet.
