Vietnamese Army Belt & Buckle Set, Soldier Inscribed

Original era manufacture. Interesting green canvas belt with a sheet brass buckle decorated with an engraved star. Written on both sides are  words in what we  presume  to be Vietnamese. On the reverse are two hand drawn swastikas and what looks to be a date of  1984. The belt perhaps dates from an earlier period but we're not sure, cool belt in any case.
