Zeltbahn 1945

Original German WWIIZeltbahn shelter quarter, dated1945and marked with anRBNr. (Reichsbetriebsnummer), the late-war manufacturer code system used in place of full factory names. This example was produced during the final months of the war and shows typical late-war characteristics such as simplified construction, thinner material, and muted camouflage printing due to material shortages. The piece retains its classicsplinter camouflage pattern (Splittertarnmuster)and is complete with most or all of its original aluminum or steel buttons and reinforced grommets. Zeltbahnen dated 1945 are extremely rare due to the collapse of German production late in the war. A highly desirable and historically significant piece of late-war Wehrmacht field equipment.
