Come-along handcuffs, also known as 'nippers' or 'come-alongs,' are antique, often T-handled restraint devices from the late 19th and early 20th centuries designed for pain compliance during prisoner transport. These devices were wrapped around a subject's wrist, the handles secured together, and the chain twisted to control movement.This set is a great WWII German set still in good functional condition. They are unmarked but still work very well, showing wear an some past oxidation to the handles.
