Item DescriptionOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is an exceptionally rare excellent condition inert demilitarized genuine Japanese Type 11 Incendiary Smoke Grenade. This example is offered in rough relic condition with a now-loose fuse and removable lower booster (the booster is almost always missing!). The fuze does not fit in the top hole anymore, and the pin and pull string are gone. This is the third example of a Type 11 we have ever offered.Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. This example is in total compliance and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT.The grenade does not have a removable top cap and instead appears fragmented on this section. The fuse cover is gone. The fuse on this example is extremely oxidized and it is now loose in the hole, it no longer screws into the body but should look okay for display sitting inside.The booster can still be removed. This is a very rough relic example of a scarce Japanese grenade.
