Original German WWII Heer Army M35 Waffenrock Uniform Tunic Cutoff Breast Eagle

Item DescriptionOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a lovely machine embroideredWehrmachtadlerbreast eagle from a German WWIIHeer(Army) M35 Wool Waffenrock Dress Tunic. The eagle is the post 1940 pattern, with light background and silver metal thread embroidered eagle, woven onto a feldgrau (field gray) backing. These were worn on the right breast of the Waffenrock, which did not have any exterior pockets.This example was cut off a uniform, complete with some surrounding fabric, and looks to have been relatively well cut. The insignia is about 4 1/2' x 1 3/4', with the uniform section measuring approximately 5' x 2'.
