This is a lovely Imperial German water carafe set dating to the Pre-WWI period, depicting an Imperial Eagle, a cacophony of arms, Wilhelm I, and Otto von Bismarck.The carafe is of ceramic, with a lovely tan/brownish color. It measures roughly 7' wide and 13 ¼' tall with the cap on, which does not have a stopper and is loose on the top. The set also comes with a saucer that matches it well, which is 8 ¼' in diameter.
