Dutch SS / Germaansche SS : Urkunde SS-Ausbildungslager Avegoor with original Rauter signature (Extremely rare!!!)

This is a Dutch SS / Germaansche SS Urkunde map from SS-Ausbildungslager Avegoor.It is on the bottom original signed by SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Polizei Hanns Albin Rauter.The citation comes in the form of a map. On the front are two seperate affixed silver SS runes over a raised impressed oakleaf with acorn. The spine of the map is held together by a black rope. When turned 'open' there is on the right a seperate attached picture of Reichsführer SS Heinrich Himmler. The next page has the actual citationinformation. In silver (!) is written on top 'URKUNDE' (citation) and further: '1.Germanischen herbstwettkämpfe im SS-Ausbildungslager Avegoor'.The citation is for a dutch SS mann that participated in the 'Herbstmeisterschaften der Germanischen-SS in den Niederlanden'. It is filled in and dated 1941( ???), perhaps at a later date by the owner. The citation itself is dated 3 Oktober 1943.On the lower side is a stylisch SS rune artwork design with again oakleaves.Only two of these citations are known and both are now for sale on the website. Both come from a very old collection and have never been offered before on the collectorsmarket.The condition is typical old, there is some wear and tear and discoloring to the paper but nothing disturbing.This is an extremely rare original item (one of only two known!) and is offered as is. The map is 100% original and comes with the written/added information as can be seen. Imo one the rarest to collect Dutch SS items there is!
