WW1 German canteen barn find

Original WW1 German canteen, found in an untouched farmhouse in Kanegem, Belgium. A true barn find example, exactly as discovered and left in its original, unrestored condition.The canteen retains its original field-grey fabric cover, showing heavy wear, staining, and oxidation spots consistent with long-term storage. Several period damages and losses are visible, including rusted metal fittings and deterioration to the cover, but the overall form remains intact and clearly identifiable.A very honest and untouched First World War relic with strong 'as found' character. Ideal as a display piece or as part of a WW1 collection.
