Description
Original era manufacture. Two medal group, WWI Victory and the silver War Medal, both named to one R.2331 W.R.LORD. A.B. RNVR. The ribbons of both medals show they were at one time glued into a display of some sort. Our initial research reveals that Lord was KIA on the 30th of December 1917, with the rank of Able Seaman. He served with the Howe Battalion in the trenches of France.
