US WWII - Cold War Identified Medal Grouping, Military Police Officer

Original era manufacture. A nice grouping of medals and insignia of a US Army Officer who served in the California NG & US Army from 1925-1962. During WWII he commanded the 506th MP Battalion in Europe from October 1944 until October 1945. From 1947-1948 he was Deputy Area Commander Berlin. Two of the medals are named to him, an Army Commendation Medal and the California National Guard medal. Nice large grouping with lots of research material.
