US Civil War Identified Soldier Tintype, 110th New York Inf'y

Original era photography Identified Civil War Infantry 1st Sergeant, 1/6 plate housed in a full case with glass,and original mat. Period tinting to the image, full body portrait. This was purchased from the family and he is identified as William Ramsey, who enlisted in Company G, 110th New York Infantry in August of 1862 and died of disease at New Iberia Louisiana in December of 1863.
