Austrian M1842 Augustin Kammerbuchse Bayonet

Original era manufacture. Massive socket bayonet with a fullered blade which measures 23 inches in length, 28 inches overall. Heavy, rough texture dark steel patina to the blade surface. The tube is not out of round.
