British Pattern 1821 Troopers Light Cavalry Sword, QORYC

Original era manufacture. 35.5 inch polished steel blade in very nice condition, just a hint of a bend towards the tip. Maker marked Reeves on the spine. Three branch polished steel guard and pommel with a leather wrapped grip showing old worm holes. The scabbard has been cleaned and polished with light surface pitting visible in the steel. The letters Q.O.R.Y.C. have been engraved into the scabbard throat.
