US Indian Wars, Spanish-American War Canteen, Cover and Strap, Very Nice

Original era manufacture. US M1878 Canteen with a tan canvas cover with US stencil. The canteen is complete with its original cork stopper secured to one of the triangular loops found on each side of the body. It also has the proper narrow pattern original leather shoulder strap with brass fittings. The cover is very clean with a soldiers name written above the US stencil and his company letter E and personal number 13, written inside the U. Nice black leather strap with bright brass fittings.
