French Second Empire (1852-1870) Imperial Guard Dragoon Baldric & Cartridge Pouch

Original era manufacture. Small brass trimmed black patent leather pouch displaying a starburst design with the coat of arms of Napoleon III. The pouch is suspended from a buff leather shoulder strap, again with brass emblems including an Imperial eagle. The strap has been blancoed or whitened over the years and shows wear and use. The pouch is attached to the strap by small brass buttons, one on each side, but there should be two. The pouch closure strap is missing and overall the set shows use and wear. Quite sound for display.
