Luftwaffe EM/NCO visor cap for pilot by Criha 'Kampfgeschwader 255' 1936

Very nice high quality made visor cap with yellow piping for a Luftwaffe Pilot. Complete with its original early aluminum insignia up front. The exterior is beautiful and executed in blue wool. The cap retains its original saddle shape. Interior shows light wear. The sweat diamond shows the maker mark; Deutsche-Qualitätsarbeit, Gut und Dauerhaft 'Criha', Christian Haug, Berlin No 18, Höchstestr. 29. Besides a few moth nips, void of major damages. Unit marked to Kampfgeschwader 255 and dated underneath the unit mark 1936. Named to Luftwaffe soldier 'Stoll'. A very desirable and attractive cap that would look beautiful in any collection!
