Japanese WWII 7th Class Order of the Golden Kite, Cased

Original era manufacture. Silver medal with a gilded falcon. Complete with its issue case and original ribbon. Gorgeous example, one of the nicest we have ever offered for sale. Minor amount of marring to the edges of the case.....and one more thing, the tiny pin which acts as an attaching point for the closure tab on the case is missing. The Order of the Golden Kite was a purely military decoration awarded for bravery and the only Japanese order outlawed by the Allies at the end of WWII.
