Japanese Russo-Japanese War Presentation Pen Stand

Original era manufacture. Projectile shaped alloy metal stand mounted to a circular wooden base. The kanji on the side of the projectile gives notice of a gift by the Tokyo City Union of Imperial Reservist's Association. The character of General Souroku Suzuki is also present. Quite nice, no damage.
