Japanese WWII Signed Silk Flag, Translated Name

Original era manufacture. Printed cotton/wool flag which measures 30x42 inches with tie strings in two corners. Very attractive looking flag with numerous hand applied kanji, one tear in the edge with a few small, scattered holes from moths and wear. The partial translation reads, year 2600 (1940), Good Luck for Bravery, Hisazumi-San.
