German Pre WWI M1889 Prussian Infantry Officers Sword, Etched Blade, Clemen & Jung

Original era manufacture. Standard 1889 pattern Infantry officers sword triple etched on both sides of the blade and spine. Typical floral pattern and panoply of arms. The double fullered blade is fairly straight, unsharpened with one or two bumps in the cutting edge. There is some scattered spotting and graying to the chrome finish but overall it is quite clean. Gilded brass guard and pommel with a non-folding guard. Sharkskin grip with Wilhelm cypher and single strand twisted wire binding. The black painted steel scabbard has some scattered surface denting (nothing serious) with typical scratching and wear to the paint.
