US Vietnam War Army Machete, Ontario Mfg 1966

Original era manufacture. Sound example with a parkerized finish to its 18 inch blade. Clear US proof and makers name of ONTARIO KNIFE CO on the blade. There is some sort of sticky substance on the blade surface which should clean easily, if we get some time we'll give it a go ourselves. Dark OD plastic sheath with a blackened steel throat, US marked and dated 1966 on the reverse, no damage just normal age and wear.
