Austrian WWI 1917 Pioneer Short Sword & Frog

Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade with small scattered spots of graying and light corrosion. Simple wood grips, numbered 214 on guard and wood grips. Unit marked on the underside of the blade tang FAR 5/25. Gray steel patina scabbard with traces of feldgrau paint finish. Scattered shallow dents to its surface. Sound original brown leather frog.
