Japanese WWII Army Winter Fur Hat

Original era manufacture. A private purchase or perhaps an Officers hat of fine quality olive green wool. Rabbit fur trim with a white cotton lining which is unmarked. The small circular base pad for the Army star is present but not the star itself, so we have included an original EM cap star which will need to be sewn on. The fur trim is basically sound but there are a few hard to see tears in its backing. Fairly clean overall, normal age and service use.
