German WWII M1933 SA Dagger, Rare Maker ASSO

Original era manufacture. Early pattern dagger with nickel fittins and an anodized scabbard body. The blade is quite bright, lots of original polish and has not been cleaned or polished in a long time. Interesting makers mark of two hobby horses on the ricasso along with the name ASSO Solingen. Sound wood grip with no chips or major dings, thin vertical stain on the front of the grip. The scabbard body shows traces of original lacquer with good color beneath, flattened ball tip as usual. Honest, out-of-the-woods dagger.
