Chinese Korean War Steel Helmet, WWII Japanese Re-issue

Original era manufacture. Standard Japanese Type 90 helmet which has been converted for use by the Chinese after WWII. Green overpaint with a painted Red Star on the front. Typical Japanese style cowhide liner and canvas chinstrap. The helmet shows normla use and wear but is complete. First one of these we have ever offered.
