Japanese WWI 1914-1920 War Medal

As Japan's involvement in the 1st World War increased they instituted this medal to supplant the previous 1914-1915 War Medal, which, because of Japan's increased commitments, was deemed inadequate for current needs. An individual could only wear one or the other. Instituted February 1920. Original medal with ribbon. With original wooden issue case.
