Textbook US M1942 Jump Jacket, ID;ed to T/Sgt Robert S. Markel, 464th Parachute FA Battalion 17th Airborne division. The jacket is in good, complete condition period sewn rank insignia. The jacket is a good, medium size for modern militaria mannequins. The jacket retains its waist belt and functional press studs. The jacket is ID'ed using the ASN inside 33/64605 which is also partially inscribed in the back of the jacket. The jacket is in very good condition and would be a great base for further research.
