British M1908 Issue Cavalry Sword, Wilkinson Mfg.

Original era manufacture. A clean example with a dermatite pistol grip and a large all steel basket guard. The polished steel blade measures 35 inches in length, with  assorted markings to be seen on both sides of the ricasso, including the name of Wilkinson.  Overall the sword is in sound condition, the blade fits the scabbard properly, with typical age staining along it's length, and a dark, three inch long spot just above the base of the blade. Dent free scabbard marked MOLE and dated '15, cleaned surface.
