Item #65145 : Original period manufacture. Beautiful quality rate, thick, hand embroidered eagle & device on dark blue wool. Individually sewn red wool chevrons and rocker. Removed from a uniform. Possibly WWII era as the buckram backing material does not fluoresce under a UV light. Touch of mothing on the lower chevron.
