Item #64873 : Original era manufacture. An excellent quality German made sword and imported by GEMSCO. 29 inch chromed steel blade with etched panels on each side. The blade runs straight and true, with no corrosion issues.Gilded finish to the brass guard and pommel, imitation fishskin grip, bound with triple strand wire. Black cotton cloth sword bag in clean condition.Black leather covered alloy scabbard with bright finish to the brass fittings.A very clean example of the classic Navy officers sword, from a well known military outfitter.
