Swords US US West Point Military Academy Cadet Sword, Eickhorn Mfg, NS Meyer

Item #64853 : Original era manufacture. A fine quality, German made sword with a chrome finished blade measuring 30 inches in length, displaying both NS Meyer and Eickhorn trademarks on the ricasso. The blade is very clean and presents a etched panels on the obverse side stating the letters U.S. M.A..Cast, gilded brass guard, grip and pommel,  with a Greek helmet emblem use for West Point. Chrome finished steel scabbard in good order, with gilded brass fittings, the lower fitting having a shallow surface dent. Overall, the sword is in near new condition.
