Medals Other French WWI Era, Somme Prefect Prize Medal, Silver

Item #40185 : Original era manufacture. A large 47 mm medal with its red ribbon. Marked on the edge is the word ARGENT (silver). No idea why it was awarded, but it is quite impressive looking.
