Military Japanese WWII Army Company Grade Officers Dress Sword, Family Mon, No Scabbard

Item #65967 : Original era manufacture. A decent quality Japanese Army Officers dress sword, Company Grade, with a 30 inch chrome steel blade. The blade runs fairly straight with staining and wear to the surface finish along it's length. Ornate cast brass guard with a dark patina finish in the pattern for a company grade officer, horn grip with triple strand wire binding. Set into the base of the back strap is an oval shaped silver family Mon. No scabbard.
