Italian/German African Campaign Medal

Italian/German African Campaign Medal (Medaille für den Italiensch-Deutschen Feldzug in Afrika). The Italian/German African campaign medal was introduced by the Italian government in the spring of 1942 to commemorate the actions of the DAK (German Africa Corps) in Africa. The medal is nicely marked on the back with the designer 'De Marohis' and the medal is also neatly maker-marked with 'Lorioli-Milano'. The medal comes on its original slightly faded piece of ribbon. Nice original example in good used condition.
