- THIS ITEM IS SOLD Unissued Clemens Wagner made Heer tropical EM overseas cap, the cap body is made of olive colored ribbed cotton twill, lining is of two slightly differing shades of flat red colored cotton, lining is stamped in black ink size 5% (and size 54), Jan. 43 and with maker logo, there is a single enameled ventilation grommet per side with the usual white corrosion and stains internally, the tropical pattern woven national emblem is originally hand stitched and the rosette is factory machine straight stitched, unused and with just light age patina,
