- THIS ITEM IS SOLD Unissued Heer tropical EM overseas cap, the cap body is made of olive colored ribbed cotton twill, lining is of flat red colored cotton, lining is stamped in black ink size 57, March '43 manufacture date and RBNr, there is a single enameled ventilation grommet per side, the tropical pattern woven national emblem and rosette are factory machine straight stitched, as fresh as the day it was made and absent the oxidation sometimes seen with the grommets,
