Soviet WWII Patriotic War First Class, Type 2, Serial Number 191810

Original era manufacture. 14 Karat gold and sterling silver medal with a separate  gold hammer & sickle emblem, six digit serial number on its reverse 191810, which indicates an award in 1945. A WWII decoration which was worn with pride by its owner. No enamel damage to the star, silver securing plate. Beautiful toned patina finish.
