Item #66865 : Original era manufacture. An excellent quality sword, 29 inch chromed Mameluke style steel blade with etched panels on each side of the blade and a USMC serial number 323 on the top of the spine, GERMANY on the underside. Gilded brass guard with white composition grips, secured with two brass star rivets. Dent free chromed steel scabbard showing scattered surface crazing along both sides, no corrosion issues, or missing finish.
