Original period manufacture. Straight guard, rounded birdhead pommel, contoured wood grips and a blue finished blade.The blade displays a mix of blue and steel patina finish with staining, and a arsenal sharpened edge. Clear makers logo on the ricasso of the letter K within a star. Overall the blade is clean with a nice lustre to the steel, no corrosion issues.Mix of blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. Original finish wooden grips, displaying typical marring and denting from service use.Scattered denting on the blue steel scabbard, with patches of light surface corrosion, and wear evidence where the frog was once in place. Another of the less common manufacturers of the Type 30 bayonet.
