WWII Japanese Naval Landing Forces Helmet

WWII Japanese Naval Landing Forces Helmet-This is a great example of this rarely encountered helmet. It has the original olive drab finish with factory fitted IJN chrysanthemum over anchor emblem at the front. The finish remains a solid 75% intact. Inside, the original liner system is in place. This consists of a leather liner band that is torn at the seam in the back but still affixed nicely to the shell around the circumference, the three dark brown leather liner pads, each of which has minor wear and discoloration (plus a small hole in one) and the webbed canvas suspension/chinstrap. A small part of the drawstring is also present. This is a larger sized helmet. Very desirable!
