Exquisite and Rare, SS-VT ,,Germania” M37 Tunic

This is a chance to own one of the iconic SS-VT regiment tunics, ,,Germania” fully originally badged and untouched. The tunic consists of an 'SS-VA 1937'- marked grey M37-pattern, lightweight service tunic, with silver pebbled split ring attached buttons, plus the under-collar button loop for full closure at the neck. The small horn-button on the left side of the closure was removed for open neck wear. The collar is piped in SS-VT enlisted black and silver piping, with same edging to the “SS-2” and matching SS-Unterscharfuhrer collar tabs. The Gothic “G” cipher shoulderboards are piped in the same black and silver edging. The sleeve eagle is the shorter-wing 'hammerhead' style VT sleeve eagle, original machine-stitched, and as with all other insignia on the tunic, shows gentle patina, commensurate with the wear of the tunic–that gentle, 'ivory' tone that original insignia attain through original service wear. The left cuff features the RZM pattern ,,Germania” cufftitle in 'fraktur' or gothic as it is sometimes called.  Overall, a perfect, untouched service used example, from one of the most advanced European collections.
